Cha Chas Vegan Mexican is a Melbourne based food truck. With a love of Mexican food we thought we would share our vegan curated dishes to the community by creating Mexican street food with a modern twist using plant based ingredients. We believe that animals are our friends and we don’t eat our friends.
Our most important offering is that we don’t cook any meat in our truck. At all. Only the wholesome goodness of our vegan food. The vegans, vegetarians and the environment will be as happy as our bellies! Our food is so yummy, we think we can make the meat eaters enthusiastic about it as well.
